MEGATECH DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Flat no. 301 at Surya Complex. It is right near City Kotwali, so the area is always buzzing with activity. You can hear the sirens and the market noises all day long, which keeps us awake if nothing else. We aren't a big firm with a massive staff. It is just a few of us in this third-floor office, trying to keep track of various development projects around the city. The complex is an older building, so it has a bit of character, even if the stairs are a little steep. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and trying to figure out the best way to use a piece of land. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities and the guys on the ground. We don't have any polished sales pitches or glossy brochures to hand out. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we've done over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony and watch the chaos of the city below for a few minutes before getting back to the blueprints. It is a decent life, and we are happy to be right in the middle of it all. It gets busy, but that is better than the alternative when you are in development.
