Working in a city like Varanasi is a bit different because of the history and the narrow lanes that you find everywhere. Our office in Rajvilla is where we spend most of our time. It is a modest space, nothing too flashy or modern. We just have what we need to get through the workday without any extra fluff. There are a few of us here who have been around for many years. We do not really have a public relations team, so we just talk to people plainly and simply. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle our business in Ramarepur and make sure things are done right. Some days the traffic outside is a bit much, but that is just how life is in this part of town. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the weekly schedule. We have seen the neighborhood change as more buildings go up around us. It is a busy life, but we like the routine of coming in, having some tea, and getting to work. We do not use fancy jargon or try to sound like a big multinational. We are just a local office in Varanasi, doing our jobs every day.
