MANTRA RESIDENCIES ERIKA PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Mantra Residencies Erika is located at S 20/53-1 in the Sundaram Villa area, specifically within the Buddha Vihar Colony in Varanasi. It’s a nice part of town, though it can get a bit crowded like most places in Varanasi. We are focused on the Erika project right now, which takes up almost all our time. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a local team trying to build decent places for people to live. The colony is usually pretty peaceful, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on complicated building plans. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and making sure our work isn’t causing too much trouble for them. Varanasi is a city where you have to respect the old ways while trying to build something new. We’ve had our fair share of delays and issues, but we always find a way through it. Our office is just a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of coffee cups. We don't go in for fancy presentations. If you want to know what we’re doing, you just have to look at the site and see the progress for yourself. It’s hard work, but seeing a building actually take shape makes it all worth the long hours we put in. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big scene about it.
