Majestique Springfields LLP is located in Budhdha Vihar Colony, specifically at Sundaram Villa, S-20/53-1. We have been in this part of Varanasi for a while now. The office is just a regular room with some desks and a lot of paper. It’s not one of those fancy places you see in the high-rise buildings. We spend our days dealing with local property matters and construction stuff. The 221002 area is where we usually operate. Sometimes the lanes get really crowded, especially when there’s a festival or something going on nearby. We don't have a big team or a lot of staff in uniforms. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized. People from the colony often stop by to ask questions about land or just to say hello. We don’t do big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth. The weather here in Varanasi can be quite something, and the office gets hot, but we keep the fans going. Sometimes things move slowly with the paperwork at the local offices, but we just keep at it. We are not trying to be a huge corporation. We just want to do our work properly and earn a living. If you are looking for Sundaram Villa, it’s a plain building. We don’t have a flashy sign, just the name of the company on a small board near the entrance. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get to the office because the lanes get narrow and muddy.
