Madhusudnam Infrastructure Private Limited is located on the ground floor of Kriti Nrayan Singh’s place on Sabalpur Road. We chose this spot because it’s accessible and right where things are happening. It’s not a corporate office building, just a practical space where we can handle our infrastructure projects. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to load and unload gear when we’re heading out to a job. We spend most of our time out on Sabalpur Road or at different project sites, so the office is mainly for the administrative side of things. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and equipment, but it gets the job done. We don’t really care much for fancy decor. We’d rather spend our time making sure the projects are moving along as they should. The team is small, and we all know each other well. We talk about the day’s tasks over tea before we head out. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s how we like it. There’s no big hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. We’ve been working in this area for a bit and have gotten to know the local rhythms. Sabalpur Road is a good place for a business like ours. We just want to keep doing our work without a lot of fuss. Kriti Nrayan Singh’s place is easy to spot. We’ve got a few old chairs where we sit and talk about the schedule. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is.
