Construction is tough work, especially with the humidity and the narrow streets you find in some parts of Varanasi. We don't have a big corporate office in a mall. Our office is part of the building where we do our daily planning. We deal with developers and try to get houses built without too many problems. It doesn't always go according to plan, though. There are always surprises when you start digging or laying a foundation. We just take it day by day. We are not into fancy advertising or polished presentations. We are just trying to be a part of that change by putting up solid walls. It's a lot of manual work and checking on the workers to make sure they have what they need. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to get the job finished so we can move on to the next one. That is how we operate here every single day.
