We spend our time working on development projects around the colony and the wider city area. It’s not always easy maneuvering through the streets of Varanasi with equipment, but we make it work. Our team is small and we don't have a big corporate structure. We just focus on the tasks at hand at Plot 14. We started this because we saw a need for more local developers who actually understand how things work in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We don’t make big promises or use glossy brochures. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes we’re working late into the evening to get things done, but that’s just how the building business goes. Bhuneshwanagar Colony is a good place for us to be based. We know the people around here and they know us. We’re just trying to contribute something useful to our city by building solid infrastructure that people can actually use every day.
