Latest Footwear

If you walk through Orderly Bazar, you'll eventually find us. We've got Latest Footwear written on the board, though the paint is peeling a bit lately. The shop is mostly boxes stacked up to the ceiling. It’s hard to find a place for everyone to sit when customers are trying on shoes. We have all sorts of stuff, from rubber slippers to more formal things. The floor is a bit uneven in the back corner but nobody seems to mind. It’s a noisy place because of the bazaar life, but we like it that way. We get a lot of kids coming in with their parents before the school season starts. It’s a lot of work keep everything sorted by size in those cardboard boxes. Sometimes we lose a shoe and have to dig through the back for ten minutes. It’s not perfect but we get by. We open up early and stay until the bazaar starts to quiet down at night. Most of our regulars live nearby and just stop in for a chat even if they don't buy anything. We don’t have those fancy bright lights. Just a couple of tubes that flicker sometimes. It’s just a footwear shop doing its thing in the middle of the market. We don’t try to be anything else. Some days are slow and we just sit outside. Other days we can barely keep up with the crowd. It is just the way the bazaar works.
