Our company, Lakshyasmart City Infra Developers Private Limited, is situated at C-33/118-G-1-A in Chandua, Chittupur. We are based in Varanasi, right in the 221010 area of Uttar Pradesh. Varanasi is a city with so much history, but we are looking at the newer side of things with infrastructure development. Our office is a practical workspace in the Chandua neighborhood. It’s not very fancy, just a place where we keep our files and meet with the team. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets of Chittupur and other parts of Varanasi, looking at how the city is growing. The idea of a smart city is big, but our day-to-day work is very grounded. It involves a lot of checking on local regulations, talking to builders, and making sure the infra projects are actually happening. We have a small office staff who handle the typing and the filing. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic and the local markets, but we are used to it by now. We don't use much marketing talk because we think the work should speak for itself. We just want to help build better things for the city we live in. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual building, which can be frustrating, but that’s just how it goes here. We keep at it every day, slowly moving forward with our projects. It’s a local business run by local people.
