We spend our mornings here at Shri Ram Janki Vatika, mostly getting things ready before the kids start showing up. It’s a quiet spot in Sihabir Golaghat, though it gets quite noisy once the gate opens up. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, just a short walk or bike ride through the neighborhood. The building is simple, nothing fancy, but we keep it clean. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise in the afternoon heat, but nobody seems to mind much. We’ve got a small area where kids run around, and you can usually hear them from the street. It’s just how things go here every day. We handle the classes and make sure everyone has their lunch. Sometimes we run out of chalk or need to fix a chair, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a local place, and most of the parents are people we see at the market anyway. Dealing with toddlers is a lot of work, honestly. Your back hurts by the end of the shift, but seeing them learn to hold a pencil is okay. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a few rooms and some bright paint on the walls. We try to keep the garden outside looking decent, though the sun is pretty harsh on the plants. It’s just us here, doing the work every day from Monday to Friday. We also have to keep an eye on the supplies because the kids go through paper and crayons.
