Kashi Institute Of Technology is situated right across from Madhuwan Vatika in Sheodaspur. It is a place where students come to learn and get their degrees. The campus isn't like those massive universities you see in movies, but we have enough rooms and labs for everyone. We spend our days looking after the classrooms and making sure the equipment is ready for the next lesson. Being opposite Madhuwan Vatika is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The atmosphere is usually quite serious when exams are near, but you can hear the students chatting and laughing during the breaks. We have a lot of people coming in from the surrounding villages and towns. The building itself has been through a lot of seasons. We try to keep the grounds tidy, though the dust always finds a way in. It is a lot of management work behind the scenes, dealing with schedules and paperwork. We do not have fancy lounges or anything. It is a practical place for learning. The teachers are usually busy in their cabins, and the staff is always moving around fixing things. We have seen many groups of students finish their studies and move on to jobs. It is a quiet spot in Sheodaspur most of the time, except when the bell rings or a new session starts. We just keep the gates open and the lights on for those who want to study.
