We are over here in Varanasi at Prgya Nagar. It’s a busy spot right near the Bhullanpur DLW Road. Jsdinemik Construction Private Limited has been around this part of Nathupur for a while now. Most days you’ll find us busy with some project or another because there is always something being built or fixed around here. My desk is usually covered in papers and drawings. Varanasi is a crowded place, and finding our office at number 37 can be a bit tricky if you don't know the Nathupur area well. We just get on with the work every morning. It’s mostly about getting the materials to the sites on time and making sure the labor shows up. The traffic on the DLW road can get pretty bad in the afternoons, so we try to get most things moved early in the day. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to stay on schedule, especially when it rains hard, but that is just how it goes in construction. We don't have a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can coordinate everything. People stop by to talk about their house plans or just to check on how things are moving along. It’s a lot of coordination between the suppliers and the guys on the ground. We have a few vehicles that stay busy running back and forth. It’s a normal local business, nothing too complicated about it. We just focus on the jobs we have in front of us and try to keep everyone on the same page. It can be a headache, but we like it.
