We are Holy City Infradevelopers LLP and we work out of Varanasi. Our office is tucked away in Susuwahi Bhagwati Nagar Colony, specifically over in Block C. It’s not a hard place to find if you know the BHU area, but for those who don’t, it can be a bit of a maze sometimes. The 221011 zip code is where we spend most of our days. It’s a busy part of town and there is always something going on right outside our door. We aren’t some big, polished corporation with fancy lobbies and glass walls. Our space is pretty simple and mostly filled with papers, maps, and coffee mugs. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the colony know us well enough. We don’t really go in for big marketing speeches or try to sound like we are something we aren’t. We just show up every morning and get to work on our local development projects. Some days are long and the traffic in Varanasi can be a real headache, but we’ve learned to manage it. We like the grit and the noise of the city. It feels real. Our team is small and we prefer it that way because it keeps things easy to manage. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to do our part in this corner of the world. It’s a lot of manual coordination and checking on sites, but it’s what we do.
