Hillcon Infrastructure Private Limited is based out of D 8 in Sector 41. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a headache sometimes if you arrive too late in the morning. Our office is where the real planning happens, away from the dust of the actual construction sites. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking schedules. It’s not all exciting work; a lot of it is just making sure the trucks are where they need to be and the guys on the ground have what they need. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the infrastructure around here lately. Some days the internet goes out and we have to do everything the old-fashioned way with pens and paper, which honestly isn't so bad sometimes. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. We just want to get the job done so we can go home to our families at the end of the shift. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the ledgers. We’ve had some long nights when deadlines were close, eating takeout at our desks. It’s just the way this business goes. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We’re just a group of people working in Sector 41, trying to build things that will actually last. There’s always another project on the horizon and another problem to solve.
