Haire Fashion Private Limited is located C/o Shambhunath in Retwachandrabhanpur, which is a bit of a different setting than the big city offices. It is a lot quieter out here, and the pace of life feels much slower. We don't have huge glass windows or modern elevators, just a solid place where we can sit and do what we need to do. Shambhunath’s place has plenty of room for us to spread out the materials we are working with. The air feels a bit cleaner, though it can get quite dusty when the wind picks up across the open ground. We mostly focus on getting the sewing and finishing done without a lot of distractions. There isn't a big staff here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from sweeping the floor to packing up the finished pieces. Sometimes we have to wait for supplies to arrive from the city, which can take longer than we’d like. The building stays cool in the morning but gets warm by the afternoon. We usually have a break together and share whatever snacks someone brought that day. It isn't a high-tech operation, but it works for us. Most of the locals know where we are, so we don't really need a big sign out front. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in.
