We work out of a small space at S8/129-4 on Sudhakar Road in the Khajuri area of Varanasi. It is a busy part of the city, and we have been part of this community for some time now. Being in the infrastructure and development business means we are usually out on the road more than we are sitting in the office. Varanasi is an old city with a lot of history, so trying to build or develop anything new here always comes with plenty of challenges. We deal with those things every day. We are not some big company from far away. We are local people who know these streets and how things get done. Our days are full of looking at land, talking to contractors, and making sure the work is actually happening. It is very practical work and we do not have much time for fancy presentations or polished speeches. We just show people the progress we are making on the ground. Sometimes the office gets cluttered with samples and blueprints, but that is a sign that we are busy. We focus on the task right in front of us. If you drop by, you might find us having a tea and discussing a new site plan. We keep things honest and don’t try to act like we are something we are not. It is hard work, but we know it well.
