Santushti Boutique

Santushti Boutique is located at K 60/21 in Sidhamata Gali. It is a bit of a walk through the narrow lanes of Golgharmaidagin, but our customers always seem to find us. We have been doing tailoring and boutique work here for quite a while. The shop is small and always full of fabric rolls, threads, and the sound of sewing machines. We don't have a big staff or a fancy designer. It is just a few of us who know how to cut and sew. Most of our work comes from local women who bring in their own cloth and tell us what they want. We spend a lot of time talking about the fit and the style. Sometimes we have to tell people that a certain design won't work with their fabric. We believe in being practical about these things. We don't have a website to show off our work. Word of mouth is how we get most of our orders. People tell their sisters and friends about us, and that is enough. The street outside is always busy with people and cows, but inside we just focus on the stitching. We take our time with the work because we want it to be done right. It is a modest business, but it keeps us busy and connected to the people in the Gali. We like the personal touch of our little boutique.
