EMINEER HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Varanasi, at a place called Sundaram Villa in the Buddha Vihar Colony. Varanasi is a very old city, and the streets can be quite narrow and confusing if you aren't from here. Our colony is a bit tucked away, which is nice because it stays relatively quiet. The house number is S-20/53-1. It’s a regular house that we use for our work. We have a couple of desks in the main room and some shelves where we keep all our documents. Sometimes the power cuts out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit on the porch until it comes back. It is not a high-tech office by any means. We use old fans that creak a bit when they are on high speed. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don’t really care much about formal dress codes or anything like that. We just show up and get to work on whatever needs finishing. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello. It feels very much like a community here. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the rhythms of the colony. It’s just a normal, everyday business run by people who live nearby. We don't need much more than a quiet space and a bit of tea to keep us going.
