You can find us at Plot No 151 in Virat Nagar Colony, which is over in the Pandeypur area. Dream Delight Developers Llp is a small team working out of this spot. The colony itself is quite busy, with new houses and shops popping up all the time. Our office is right in the middle of that growth. When you walk in, you’ll probably see stacks of site plans and maybe some samples of tiles or bricks lying in the corner. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time looking at maps of the local area and trying to figure out the best way to develop the plots we are working on. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor could probably use a good scrub, but we are too busy to worry about that most weeks. Pandeypur is a lively place, and being here keeps us close to the actual ground where the work happens. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up from the computer to see who it is. Usually, it's a contractor or a client wanting to look at some drawings. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the day because the mornings start early and the evenings often run late. It is just the reality of the development business in a growing colony like Virat Nagar.
