DEVCITY BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS LLP

We’ve been working out of our office on Maqbool Alam Road for a while now. Devcity Builders & Developers LLP is just a group of us who know the Varanasi area well and wanted to get into the construction side of things here. It gets busy around the city, especially near the S10/6 spot where we are based, but we manage to keep things moving. We do mostly building projects and development work. It’s not always easy with the traffic and how the roads are, but we like being part of the local scene. Our team spends a lot of time on sites, making sure things get done right without too much fuss. We don’t really do those big flashy ads you see sometimes. Most people find us because they live nearby or saw one of our projects going up in the neighborhood. Varanasi is an old city, so every new build has its own set of problems to solve, whether it’s the space or the old plumbing around the area. We just try to stay honest about what we can do and how long it’s going to take. If you drop by the office, someone is usually there, though sometimes we’re all out looking at a foundation or talking to suppliers. It’s just how we run things. We’ve stayed in the 221002 zip code area mostly because that’s where we know the people and the ground. It’s a decent living and we enjoy the work we do every day.
