Deepaprakash Builders Private Limited is located at D 54/38-44 in Jaddumandi, over in the Sonia area. We've been working from this neighborhood for a long time, and we've seen a lot of changes around here. Our business is focused on building, which keeps us pretty occupied most days of the week. We aren't the type of company that has a lot of people in suits. Usually, you’ll find us in dusty clothes because we’re actually on the sites making sure things are being built. The Jaddumandi area is where we keep our main office, but our work takes us all over. It can be stressful when materials don't arrive on time or when the weather stops us from working, but that’s just part of the deal. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans and see what needs to be done. Our office is a bit crowded with samples of tiles and bricks and old files, but we know where everything is. We like being a local company because we know the local suppliers and the people who work the trades. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We don't have a big marketing department. People usually just find us because they need someone to build something and they heard we were around.
