Dbsroyal Green G City Private Limited is our company, and you can find us at 108 Ganguly Tola. We’re in the Ashok Nagar area, right near the Medical College Road in Basharatpur. Our work is mostly about city development and trying to include more green spaces in our projects. It’s a busy part of the city to work in, and our office is usually a bit of a mess with all the plans and files scattered around. We don’t have a corporate front or a fancy lobby. It’s just a place for us to get our work done. Developing land is a complicated business with a lot of rules and regulations. We spend a lot of time at the local offices trying to get the right permits. It’s not always easy, and sometimes projects get delayed for months. We try to be honest with people about what’s possible and what isn't. We don’t use any marketing jargon or make big promises. Most of the people we work with are from around here and they know us. We just want to do something that makes the neighborhood a little better. If you’re walking near the medical college, you’ve probably passed our place. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. We’re just regular people trying to make a living and do a decent job in Basharatpur. We take things one day at a time.
