Dashing Men

We are located right in Ravindrapuri Extn. It is a busy spot in Varanasi. Being just opposite Alaknanda Hospital means there is always something going on outside our door. Dashing Men has been here for a bit now. Most days I am just here opening up early and getting things ready for the morning rush. The shop is not huge but it works for us. People know where we are because of the hospital. You just look for the sign across the street. We have some old chairs that are comfortable enough for a quick sit. Sometimes the traffic in Ravindrapuri gets a bit loud but you get used to it after a while. I like being in this part of town. It feels real. Customers usually come in and we talk about the news or what is happening in the neighborhood. It is a simple place for men to get a haircut. Nothing fancy going on here. We just do our work and go home. The lights are bright and we keep the mirrors clean most of the time. If you are walking around Ravindrapuri you probably seen us. It gets hot in the summer so the fan stays on all day long. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby when it is quiet. It is just a regular shop where people know your name. That is how we like it. We have been in this spot for years and don't plan on moving.
