COMMON INDIA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our work is based out of House No 1 in Chhataon, which is in the Maruee area of Varanasi. We’ve been here for a good while now, running Common India Construction. It isn't a big operation with a lobby or anything like that. It’s just a house where we keep our tools and sit down to look at drawings. Varanasi is a crowded place, and Chhataon has its own pace. We mostly do local building jobs, like putting up walls or helping someone with a new house foundation. The roads around here can be pretty rough, so moving cement and bricks takes longer than you’d think. We have a small crew of guys from the nearby villages who know how to work hard. Usually, we start the day early before the sun gets too high and makes everything too hot to touch. We don't have a fancy mission or anything, we just try to get the work done without making a mess of things. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time or the rain stops us for a few days, but that's just life in Uttar Pradesh. People around Maruee know us, and we mostly get work just by being around and doing what we say we will. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us so far. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar.
