Our place is located in Gola Cholapur. If you are heading toward the Ravidas Mandir, you’ll find us nearby. Blue Peach Industries India Pvt. Ltd. is basically a bunch of us working in this area. It isn't a massive factory, but we keep the production going. The surroundings are a bit more relaxed than the big city centers, which is nice. We deal with the daily manufacturing stuff and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit messy on the floor. There is always a lot of loading and unloading happening. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just focus on the machines and making sure the parts are right. Being near the temple means we get a lot of local foot traffic passing by. Sometimes we step out for a break and watch the world go by. It’s a decent place to work. We’ve had some of the same people here for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work and go home to our families. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. It’s just regular work in Gola Cholapur, nothing more and nothing less. We keep the doors open and just get on with it. Some days are slow, but most of the time we have enough to keep our hands full. It is just a normal job for us.
