Bhole Baba Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is run out of Vinod Vihar Colony, specifically at Gaurav Sharma’s place. We always tell people we are right near the Happy Vikas School because that’s the easiest landmark to find in the 204101 area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We like it that way because it's more relaxed. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most of the people who deal with us already know where we are. We handle our pharmaceutical operations from a few rooms we’ve set up for the purpose. It’s mostly managing stock and keeping track of where everything needs to go. Since we are near a school, we hear the kids playing during recess, which is a nice break from the quiet of the office. We are a small group and we don’t have any complicated hierarchy. If something needs to be moved or a call needs to be made, whoever is free just does it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. The colony is a friendly place and we know most of the people living on our street. It’s a very down-to-earth way to run a company. We just take things as they come and try to do a decent job every single day without any fuss.
