Bala Ji Store

You can find us at the Shakubhari Complex on Bhelupur Road in Varanasi. We are quite close to the Chetmani Crossing, which is a spot most people in this area know well. Our shop, Bala Ji Store, is just a regular place where we sell what people need for their daily lives. Being in Bhelupura means there is always something happening outside, with the rickshaws and the people walking by. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes. Sometimes things get a little dusty because of the road, but we try to keep it clean. We spend our days mostly sitting and waiting for the next person to walk in, or checking the lists to see what we need to order next. Varanasi is a busy city, and Bhelupur Road is no exception. We see a mix of locals and people just passing through the crossing. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy logos. It’s just a sign and a door. Most of our customers come here because we are convenient and they know we usually have what they are looking for. It is a simple way to spend the day, just running the store and making sure we have enough change in the drawer. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay as long as the neighbors need us.
