Our spot is at A.No-247/1 in Gangotri Vihar, Nagawa. It’s right in the Lanka area of Varanasi, which is always busy and full of life. Avxoclassic Developers Private Limited is a small company, and we like it that way. Being in Varanasi means dealing with narrow lanes and a lot of history, so every project has its own set of unique challenges. We spend a lot of our time figuring out how to get equipment into tight spots or dealing with the heat in the summer months. The office is just a place to keep our records and meet people who are interested in developing land. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone knows someone who worked with us before. It’s very much a local operation. We know the 221005 area well, including all the quirks of the local ground and weather. Our team is just a few dedicated people who know the construction business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that stay standing. There is a lot of paperwork involved with being a private limited company in Uttar Pradesh, so we spend our afternoons sorting through that. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar that make up our daily reality.
