Avishkar Contractors Private Limited is based out of 6D/4D in Tulsipur. It’s a bit of a tight address to write down, but that’s where you’ll find us. Tulsipur is a place where people know their neighbors, and we’ve tried to keep that same feeling in how we run our contracting business. We don't have a giant office with a receptionist and a lounge. Instead, it’s mostly just a couple of rooms where we keep our tools, our plans, and a few desks for the administration stuff. Working as contractors means we are usually out in the dirt and sun most of the day, so the office is really just for the early mornings and the late evenings when we have to settle the accounts. The walls have some marks on them from moving equipment around, and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for what we need. We handle various local projects, and being in Tulsipur makes it easy to stay in touch with the local labor and suppliers. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy presentations. If someone wants to know about a job, we just show them the site or the drawings. It’s honest work, and it can be tiring, but we like seeing things get built from the ground up. We’ve stayed small on purpose because it’s easier to manage the quality when you’re involved in every little detail yourself. It gets busy, and things can get messy.
