Arvind Medical Stores is located right on Sonia Road, at D62/48-4 in Varanasi. If you’ve ever been down this road, you know how hectic it can get with the rickshaws and people everywhere at all hours. We are a local medical store, so our day is mostly spent helping people who walk through the door looking for specific medicines. It’s a lot of manual work, grabbing boxes off high shelves and explaining how everything works. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s just the shop floor and a small storage area tucked in the back. The space is tight, and we have medicine bottles stacked almost to the ceiling in some spots. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of our regular customers by their first names. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics or marketing language. People come to us because they know we usually have what they need in stock. The lights are bright, and the counters are always covered in receipts and scraps of paper. We open early in the morning and stay late most days to make sure we don't miss anyone. Sometimes it’s exhausting, but it’s good to be such a vital part of the local community. We don't have a big about page because everyone around here already knows who we are and what we do. It’s just a straightforward pharmacy operation in the heart of the city.
