You can find us at Subash Nagar in Maldahiya, specifically at House Number 0S 21/127 K. The office is tucked away and we share the space with Roli Singh. It is a local setup where we handle the day-to-day operations of our building and development work. Most of our days are spent talking to local vendors and making sure the labor shows up on time. It is a bit of a challenge sometimes because the streets around here are narrow and getting trucks through is a real headache. We are not a big fancy firm with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you will just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in bills and site photos. We take our work seriously but we do not feel the need to dress it up with fancy words. It is about getting the bricks laid and the roofs finished. We drink a lot of tea while we argue about the cost of materials or the weather forecast. The neighborhood knows us and we are used to people just dropping by to ask a quick question. It is a simple way of working but it works for us.
