Alphazest Developers & Constructions Private Limited

We are based at Plot No 87 in Bansuari, which is where we run Alphazest Developers & Constructions. It’s a private limited company that does exactly what the name says—we develop and we construct. Our office is a simple building on the plot, and it’s usually quite a busy place. We’ve got blueprints everywhere and people coming in to talk about various projects. Construction is one of those jobs where you can’t really plan for everything, so we spend a lot of time reacting to whatever the day throws at us. Bansuari is where we’ve set down our roots. It's a practical location for us to keep our equipment and manage our staff. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they can. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does a solid job on the houses or buildings we are working on. Sometimes the heat makes work on site really tough, but that's just how it is in this part of the world. We’ve got a lot of files to keep track of and plenty of sites to visit. It’s a lot of work, but we like being part of the local building scene. Plot 87 is our main hub, and you’ll usually find someone there if you stop by during the day.
