Our place is located in Nai Basti over in the Pandeypur area of Varanasi. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been operating from here for a good bit now. The address is S 5/258, which is fairly easy to find once you get into the neighborhood. We focus on construction and art-related building work, which is why we have "Constrart" in the name. It’s a mix of things really. Some days we are looking at blueprints on the table, and other days we are out in the dust talking to laborers. Varanasi is a crowded place, so getting heavy materials through those narrow streets can be a real headache sometimes. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy suits and shiny cars. We are just local people who know how to build things properly. The office is simple, nothing too special to look at. We have a few desks and a lot of paper stacked up everywhere. Working in a place like Pandeypur means you are always right in the middle of the noise and life of the city. We take on projects locally and try to do a solid job so people don't have reasons to complain. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We drink a lot of tea while we sit and talk about the next steps for a site. Sometimes things go slow, and sometimes they go fast, but that's just how the building trade works in this part of the country.
