Aar Educare

Aar Educare is situated on Chittupur Road, specifically near the Happy Model School in the Sigra part of Varanasi. It’s a handy location for a lot of families who live nearby. The road can get quite crowded during school pick-up times, so it’s always lively around here. Our building isn't very large, but we make the most of the rooms we have. We’ve got benches lined up and some boards on the walls. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend our mornings getting things ready and our afternoons are usually packed. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We know most of the parents by name because they walk their kids over. We have a small corner where we keep all the registers and some extra textbooks. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone arrives at once, but we manage. We don't use any complicated systems, just a simple log for attendance and a wall clock that runs a few minutes fast. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels safe and familiar. We try to keep the windows open for a bit of air when the weather is nice. It is just a local spot where people come to learn. You can usually hear the sounds from the school nearby during the day. We are just part of the daily routine for people on Chittupur Road. We stay open quite late.
