Aakm Buildhome Private Limited

Our place is located at N-10-60-A-2, right near the Kakarmatta Over Bridge in Varanasi. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around that bridge. We are Aakm Buildhome, and we mostly focus on residential construction and home building around this part of town. Varanasi is a very old city, so building new things here can be a real challenge with the narrow streets and old structures. We’ve been operating from this Kakarmatta location for a while. It’s a convenient spot because it connects us to different parts of the city fairly easily. The office is a bit noisy because of the traffic on the overbridge, but we don't mind it much anymore. We spend our days coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough bricks and cement at the sites. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do good work for the people here in Varanasi. Most of our clients are families looking to build their first home. We talk to them in plain English or Hindi and tell them exactly what to expect. There are no hidden agendas or fancy marketing tricks here. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them. It’s just a small team of us trying to make a living and help people get their houses built properly. We show up, we work, and we go home.
