AAKM BUILDHOME LLP

Down in Kakarmatta, things move a bit differently than in the main city center. We operate out of N-10/60-A-2 here in Varanasi, and that’s where AAKM BUILDHOME LLP calls home. It’s not some glass-walled office building. It’s just a practical space where we can meet and figure out the next steps for whatever building we’re working on. The 221106 area is a busy spot, and we’re right in the thick of it. Most of our days are spent checking on how many bags of cement we have left or arguing with contractors about why the plumbing isn't finished yet. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s pretty stressful. We don’t use a lot of big words or make grand promises. We just look at the site, look at the plans, and try to get the work finished without too many headaches. Construction is a tough business in a place like this because you’re always fighting against the clock and the traffic. But we like the local feel of Kakarmatta. We know the people around here and we know how to get things done in this town. It’s about being there on the ground, making sure the foundation is right, and dealing with the small problems before they turn into big ones. We just do the work and hope the buildings speak for themselves in the end. There’s always something to fix, but that’s just the job.
