Techno Mec Cranes

Techno Mec Cranes is located in the GIDC area, specifically Phase-4. Our plot number is 60/44/1. It’s a large industrial estate, so there are factories and workshops everywhere you look. We are situated near Bagaria Chemicals. You can usually tell you're close because of the different industrial smells and the sound of machinery. In our yard, we keep the cranes and the maintenance tools. It’s a very practical space. There is no showroom or anything like that. It’s all concrete, steel, and oil. We do a lot of heavy lifting work for the nearby factories. The sun beats down on the metal roofs here, so it gets quite warm in the afternoons. We have a small crew of mechanics and operators. Most of them have been with us for years. We eat our lunch together in the shade of one of the bigger machines. It’s a bit of a maze in GIDC if you don't know the plot numbers, but once you find Phase-4, we aren't too hard to spot. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just care that the engines run smooth and the hydraulics don't leak. It’s a tough environment, but it’s where we belong. Working in the industrial sector means there’s always something to fix or move. We just keep at it day after day. The gates are usually open by eight every morning.
