Our shop is tucked into the Air Coils Compound over on Silvassa Road. We’re in the Bhadakmora GIDC area, which is always humming with the sound of machines and trucks. It’s a busy industrial zone, and we’ve been part of it for a good while now at 20/A. We handle a bit of everything here, mostly things that other businesses in the GIDC need to keep their own wheels turning. It’s a practical sort of place with concrete floors and high ceilings to keep the heat out, though it doesn’t always work. I spend most of my time talking to vendors or checking on the inventory we have piled up. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to stay steady. My small team has been with me through a lot of ups and downs. We usually eat lunch together in the small space behind the main area. The road outside is always under repair or full of lorries, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a challenge some days. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; if you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us working and we’ll come over to see what you need. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized while getting the orders out.
