Surat Beverages Ltd. is based at 33/1-2, Waghdara Road. We are pretty close to the Daman Ganga River, which is a nice part of the area. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s more of a functional space where the work actually happens. The road gets a bit rough during the monsoon, but we are used to that. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing. Dealing with beverages means we have a lot of crates and bottles moving around all the time. It’s a noisy place, but a good kind of noisy. We don't have those fancy glass-walled offices you see in the city. Most of us are out on the floor or in the warehouse. We’ve got a mix of older guys who have been here forever and some newer faces. We don't do big presentations. If there’s a problem, we just stand around the machine and figure it out. Being near the river is a landmark for us. People always ask where we are, and we just tell them to look for the Waghdara Road turn near the Daman Ganga. It’s a straightforward business. We bottle what needs to be bottled and make sure it gets onto the trucks. We don't spend much on decoration. The focus is always on the production line. It’s a practical way to spend the day. Some days are long, especially when the orders are high, but we get through it.
