Rinjal Industries

Rinjal Industries is based at Plot No. L/6144/4 in Phase 4 of the GIDC. It’s a massive industrial area, so there are trucks and vans moving around at all hours. Our plot is one of many in this section, and it’s mostly a functional space for manufacturing. We have a big gate and a yard where the raw materials get dropped off. The building itself is a standard industrial shed. Inside, everything revolves around the production line. We have some machines that have been with us since we started and others that are a bit newer. It’s loud and it can get pretty dusty, but that’s just part of the industry. There isn't a fancy office upstairs. We just have a small corner with a couple of computers and a lot of logbooks. The workers here are mostly from the nearby villages and they’ve been with us for a long time. We eat our lunch together in the shade when it gets too hot. There’s a certain rhythm to the work here in GIDC. You get used to the smells of the neighboring factories and the sound of the heavy vehicles. We don't spend money on marketing or nice furniture. Every bit we have goes back into the machines or the materials. It’s a tough environment but it’s what we know. We just focus on making things day after day. It is hard work but it is honest.
