Everest Masala

Everest Masala is over in the New Gidc Industrial Estate in Valsad. We are situated quite close to the Durga Maa Mandir, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Working in an industrial area like GIDC means there is always a lot of noise and movement. You have the sound of machinery and the constant backing up of lorries all day long. It’s not the quietest place to spend your time, but it’s where the work is. We have a small crew of people who come in every day from the nearby colonies. The temple nearby is nice because you can hear the bells sometimes, and it gives the place a better feeling. Our building is pretty much like all the others around here, made of concrete and built for utility. We don't have any air conditioning in the main area, so we just leave the big doors open to catch the breeze. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with all the supplies coming in, but we manage to keep a path clear. We’ve been operating from this Valsad location for quite some time now. Most of the other business owners on this street are friendly enough, and we help each other out if someone needs a tool or a bit of advice. It’s a busy life, and we don’t really stop to think about much else except getting the day's tasks finished.
