Classic Tea

Classic Tea is out in the Gidc Estate on Gunjan Road. Our specific spot is Survey No. 585 which is near the Haria L G Rotary Hospital. Being in an industrial estate means there are factories and warehouses all around us. It is a very busy environment with a lot of noise and movement throughout the day. We handle tea processing and distribution from this location. It is a large space because we need room for the machinery and the bags of tea waiting to be shipped. We are just a group of people who understand how tea needs to be handled. We don't have a corporate office with carpets and glass walls. Our floors are concrete and we wear work clothes every day. Sometimes the hospital traffic makes the road busy but usually it is just trucks and workers like us. We take our tea breaks together in the small corner we have set up for a kitchen. The work is repetitive but there is a satisfaction in seeing the final product ready to go out. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy things. We just stay focused on the tea and making sure we stay on schedule with our daily tasks. It is a practical way to run a business and it works for us.
