Burhani Sharbat

You can find Burhani Sharbat at Shop No.204 in Green Park, specifically on Koparli Road in the Gunjan area. We are tucked away right behind the masjid. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, except for when people are coming and going from prayers. We’ve been operating from this small shop for a while. There’s not a lot of space, so we have to be organized with our crates and bottles. Every morning we start by cleaning the floors and checking our inventory. The sharbat is what we do, and we’ve got a routine down. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to deal with that, but usually, things run okay. It's mostly locals from Green Park who come by. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the shop number and the name. It’s a simple life running a drink stall. We see the same faces every week. We don't really do much else besides keep the shop open and serve the drinks. The area around the masjid stays busy, so there’s always someone looking for a cold drink. We try to keep things tidy, even if the shop is old. It’s just a small family-run thing. We don't use any fancy machines, just the basic stuff we've always used. It’s steady work and we like being part of the neighborhood here on Koparli Road. We just hope the fridge keeps working well through the hot season.
