V. C Road Ways

Our place is basically a godown over in the GIDC Estate, specifically at the Shree Mahalaxmi Roadways spot. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate, you know how it is—lots of trucks, heavy lifting, and plenty of dust. We deal with moving goods from one place to another, which sounds simple enough but there is always a lot of coordination involved. The godown is a big, high-ceiling space where things wait before they go out on the road again. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s total chaos with three trucks trying to load at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking where a driver is or if a load arrived safely. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a clean shirt for long. Usually, I’m wearing something comfortable because I might have to jump in and help move a crate or check a manifest. GIDC is a busy area and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a fancy front office with air conditioning that works all the time. It’s just a practical workspace for a practical business. We’ve been handling these roads for a while now, and we know which routes are a pain and which ones are easy. It’s hard work, but it keeps the wheels turning, literally. We just keep moving things along day by day.
