Our place is out at Plot No 748 in the New Gidc area of Gundlav Dist. It’s a big industrial zone, so there is always a lot of truck traffic and noise. We are engineers, so our day is mostly spent looking at machines and making sure they are running the way they should. It’s not a clean job. There’s oil, metal shavings, and the smell of cooling fluid. We’ve been here since the New Gidc was actually new. Over the years, we’ve seen the district grow. We have a solid crew of guys who know their way around a lathe and a milling machine. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and find someone on the floor. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. If something needs fixing, we just go fix it. The roof leaks a bit when it rains really hard, but we just move the machines and keep working. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it has worked for us so far. We don’t use words like innovative or cutting-edge. We just say the machine is working or it isn't. People in Gundlav know us as the guys who just get on with it. We drink our tea, do our shifts, and go home to our families.
