Prince Real Estate

Prince Real Estate is located in Shop No-106 at Asha Complex. We are right by Hotel Purohit and the Char Rasta, which is very close to the St Bus Depot. It’s a very central location, so there are always people around. The complex is always bustling with activity from the other shops and the hotel guests. Our shop is small but it serves us well. We’ve got some posters on the window and a couple of desks inside. Being so close to the bus depot means we get people from all over stopping in. They might be moving to the area for work or just looking to invest some money. We talk to everyone the same way. It’s a lot of sitting and waiting sometimes, then suddenly three people walk in at once. We don't have a big staff, just us handles the phones and the walk-ins. The tea man from around the corner comes by twice a day. We like the energy of Char Rasta. It feels like the heart of the town. Dealing with real estate here means knowing every little lane and complex nearby. We try to keep our files updated, though sometimes the filing cabinet gets a bit stuck. It’s just how it goes in a real office. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. Just a local real estate shop trying to do right by the people who walk through our door.
