Ad Properties

Our office is right in the middle of things at 106 Asha Complex, near Hotel Purohit at the Silvassa Char Rasta. This crossroad, also known as Sahid Chowk, is always buzzing with people and vehicles, so there’s never a dull moment looking out the window. At Ad Properties, we keep things pretty basic. Our walls are mostly covered with local maps and some old photos of the area. People drop in all the time just to ask about what’s for sale or what the prices are like these days in Silvassa. We don't wear suits or use big words; we just sit down with a cup of tea and talk about the land or the buildings. The office can get a bit loud because of the traffic outside at the Char Rasta, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to look at different spots around the district. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it means we actually know the people we’re talking to. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a desk and some chairs and a desire to help people find a place that fits. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us connected to the neighborhood and the people who live here.
