Shreyas Engineering Works

You can find Shreyas Engineering Works over at Plot No. 282/2/A, right across from Grauer & Weil in the Gidc area. This is a busy industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and dust from the trucks passing by. Our workshop is a pretty basic setup. We have got the standard lathes and welding equipment that you would expect in an engineering place. Most of our work involves making parts or fixing machinery for the other businesses nearby. We have been at this location for many years, so we know the area well. The sun hits the tin roof in the afternoon and it gets really hot inside, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We are not a big corporation with lots of bosses. It is just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. Sometimes a customer brings in a part that is so worn out you can hardly tell what it used to be. We have to figure out the dimensions and make a new one that actually works. It takes a lot of time and sometimes we get it wrong on the first try, but we fix it. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. If someone needs us, they usually just walk in or give us a call. It is a straightforward business and we try to do right by the people who come to us for help with their machines.
