Ruby Macons Ltd.

Being located at 789/4 on the 3rd Phase Road in GIDC means we are right in the middle of all the industrial action. Ruby Macons Ltd. is surrounded by other factories, so there is always a constant sound of trucks moving and machinery humming in the background. Our building is large and gray, built for utility rather than looks. Inside, it’s a maze of pipes and large equipment that requires constant attention. We have a lot of people working shifts, so the place never really stays quiet for long. It’s a demanding environment, and you definitely have to wear your safety gear as soon as you step onto the floor. We aren't here to win any design awards for our office space. The desks are old, the computers are a bit slow, and the coffee in the breakroom is usually too strong. But we have a rhythm here that works for us. Everyone knows their job, from the guys on the loading dock to the people handling the billing. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or trying to get noticed. Most of our partners have been working with us for years because they know what to expect. We just keep our heads down and focus on keeping the production lines moving without too many hiccups. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every single day of the year.
