We've been at Gidc Colony for a while now, specifically at 134/2 Wood Castel. It's a busy spot in Umbergaon. Most days are spent handling the spice side of things. It gets quite dusty sometimes, but that’s just how it is when you're working with these kinds of products. Our team is small, just local folks from around Valsad mostly. A fancy front office isn't part of the deal here. It’s mostly just the warehouse and the processing area where the actual work happens. The smell of the spices stays on your clothes long after you leave the building. Some people might find it overwhelming, but we’re used to it. Straightforwardness is what we aim for. No big corporate meetings or long presentations happen in these rooms. Most of the time, we just show up, do the work, and go home. Gujarat weather can be tough in the summer, especially inside the unit, but we manage. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there in the GIDC area. It’s easy to miss if you aren’t paying attention to the signs. Spending time on the internet or doing fancy ads isn't really our thing. Mostly, people just know us from being in the neighborhood for so long. It’s a quiet life in some ways, even with all the grinding and packing going on daily. Getting the bags filled and moving the orders out takes up most of the morning. It isn't always exciting, but it's consistent work that keeps us all busy.
